Horrible place to go with awful service. My husband took his car earlier today to get his car washed and it comes out and his license plate was all bent and wadded up and his license plate cover broken. The Mexican guy outside that my husband pointed it out too was very rude and went over and tried to straighten it back up. He then proceeded to dry the car. My husband then asked to see a manager that didn't help either and just tried to bend it back into place and that it is and sent him on his way. We will never go back eve... read more
Got my car washed here yesterday and they did a horrible job! I am highly disappointed. There were still food crumbs (from my kids) and dog hair in back seat. You couldn't even tell it had been vaccummed. They seemed to just rush through and didn't even pay attention. I will never go back after this experience it was a compete waste of money.
I swore after the last time I was there probably a year ago that I wouldn't be back. The inside of my car was not clean at all. But with kids in sports and a 4 month old the car had gotten pretty dirty and I don't have time to clean it myself, so went through today, paid $24, and still have a dirty interior. Will post pics in comments. There is no way they even wiped it down at all. When I got home I got a baby wipe out of the glove box and cleaned it all myself. Pathetic. Will not be back.
I will never come back. My car is still dirty inside, the outside doesn't appear touched. The car wash on Southland dr does a much better job for half the price. I will be posting pictures soon!
Extremely disappointed! Smeared windows, water left on floor mats with a fresh loogey on the passenger side floor mat. Missed vacuuming spots and wiping off spots inside. Never going back.
The only thing good I can say is that they pre cleaned my car. The outside was fine, but I had to completely redo the inside. They didn't so much, as wipe my steering wheel off. For six guys to be "cleaning" the inside they sure did a pathetic job. Next time, I'll take my $24 & tip to clean sweep across town.
Tipping the people at Jeff's Car Wash extra today.... Not for my car, it was actually pretty clean, but for the van in front of me. I don't say this lightly because I haul dogs and sweaty horse things in my car, but that car was nasty. I actually cannot believe that they didn't refuse to clean the inside for her, but they cleaned it. Those guys at Jeff's worked extremely hard on that van without one complaint. And my car looks great, as always after a visit to Jeff's.
