Used to love Jeff's, but last 3-4 times service has seriously deteriorated. Very incomplete job on interior, and now give one scent thing when they used to install 2-3. Worst part is the RUDE guy when you first drive in. Three times in a row he's tried tricking me into a higher priced deal, now i anticipate that so am prepared. I asked him to tell vacuum guys something and he said 'you can, im too busy'. My longstanding loyalty has ended.
Not only did I get the car washed but they vacuumed and cleaned the windows inside. Did a great job!
Thanks for a terrible car wash experience!!! Brought my two week old 2016 Honda Pilot for an outside wash this morning. The top rail piece that is flush with my car came off during the wash and the car wash had to be shut down. The piece was bent and the young guy that picked it up, put it down on the ground and walked away. It wasn't until I yelled at someone did a "manager" come over. Don't expect this location to clean your tires. I paid for full service and specifically asked about my tires which were dirty from a farm road. The attendant looked at my tires and confirmed they would come out clean. They did not! No second pass allowed. No refund. The comment given to me was that the tires brushes were removed some time ago, but then they knew that before I paid and asked. Is that misrepresentation? Of course.
I always go to Jeff's once a week. Today I pulled in line at 3:59, not realizing they closed at 4:00. Car in front of me went threw. The kid then told me sorry that was last car. Even though I was already in line. So my response was guess I'll go some place else. Here is what up set me, his response back to me " yes, why don't you do that." Not bad have to tell them every time about the back of my van that the car wash doesn't touch... Also put my mats in backwards every time....
