Dr. Hendrix is an outstanding orthodontist. He has treated all of my kids with great results. He cares tremendously about his patients and provides excellent service and follow up! Highly recommended!

Both of my boys go to Dr. Hendrix and I couldn't be happier. His staff is always friendly and Dr Hendrix is very professional. He goes above and beyond to make sure the boys and I understand their treatment plans. We trust Dr Hendrix and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

First experience was my consult with Dr. Hendrix. He does not like people who take the time to get several consults. I guess he buys his car at the first dealership? We are spending a lot of money and I don’t think parents should be made to feel terrible for ensuring their kids are getting the best for their money. His statement to me when he found out I got other consults...” I don’t make a ton of money you can look out back and see I drive a Honda. Are you just wasting my time? “

Hendrix Orthodontics has been an excellent experience in every way! Dr. Hendrix is so personable and knowledgeable. I trusted his opinion immediately. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood and spent a lot of time with us during our consultation. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I have always been able to get an appointment when I needed one. My children love coming to this office each time! I cannot say enough about this practice! I would highly recommend!

Dr. Hendrix and his staff are cheerful, helpful, and very efficient. I can always get an appointment when I need it, even when I need to work around three teens' schedules. My family dentist told me he can always tell a Hendrix smile from those who were treated by other orthodontists. If your child needs braces, do not hesitate to sign up with Dr. Hendrix. You will be very happy you did.

NO appointments after 3:45. Running 5 minutes late-sorry you will need to reschedule even though it's the last appt of the day. Columbus Day-closed. Could they make it any less convenient for working parents and school age kids??? Don't think so. Also, I haven't seen or talked to Dr. Hendrix himself since initial consult.

My three kids were patients of Dr. Hendrix, all within two years. He was always cheerful, professional, and my kids always enjoyed their conversations, and their smiles are beautiful. I feel he is the best orthodontist in Chester County.

Hendrix review
I am currently a patient at Hendrix orthodontists and I love it. The environment is so much fun with monthly games, Hendrix dollars (a system of reward "money" which you can use to buy prizes) and a video game station. I mean come on! this is not your standard 'I'm afraid of the dentist' place. More important than the games is the service. Everyone there is so nice and wants to help you be proud of your smile. The atmosphere is fantastic. From the moment you meet the first employee, from the moment you walk out of there with a straight smile, you feel welcomed. Every one at Hendrix is so kind and treats you with respect. Before I went to Hendrix my smile was crooked and off, but now I feel like "When I smile, the whole world stops and stares for a while."- Bruno Mars. Hendrix is a place I love to go and I would NEVER go anywhere else.
