My kids and myself had orthodontic treatment at Dr Hendrix and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Punctual and professional are not the only the reasons I would recommend the office, but the personal touch, entertainment (my kids were always disappointed they actually DIDN’T have to wait in the reception area with the games). The high-end braces and wires made the treatment a pleasantly smooth experience. I was also able to apply my health savings account with the flexible payment options.

The two factors that determine our satisfaction with a care provider are (1) the quality of care, professionalism, trustworthiness, and skill of the doctor, and (2) the timeliness, organization, cleanliness, and communication of the office and staff. Dr. Hendrix and his amazing staff consistently embody ALL of these qualities while exceeding expectations, and we highly recommend Dr. Hendrix for any orthodontia needs. We have had a great experience with all 3 kids at Hendrix Orthodontics!

All three of my children are currently under Dr. Hendrix's care. He patiently explains the course of treatment at the beginning, and either he or a member of his staff speaks to me after every appointment telling me what was done at that appointment and what to expect at the next. We have never waited longer than 5 minutes for an appointment either. His staff is friendly, courteous and professional. By far one of the best health providers with which we have had experience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hendrix and his staff are excellent in every way. They are always friendly, they are thorough in their care, and they go the extra mile to make their patients comfortable. Dr. H went out of his way to spend extra time with one of my children who had anxiety about dentistry work...It made all the difference. My kids actually enjoy going to the orthodontist!

When I take my children (3 of them) to the orthodontist the last thing I want is a fight to get them there. That is exactly what I don't get! My kids love going here. The staff is amazing. They have fun games that the children can keep busy with while they wait. Dr. Hendrix has such an amazing way about him. He makes the children so relaxed and comfortable. He also takes lots of time explaining why he does things and what to expect at the next visit. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!

Dr. Hendrix and his staff are exceptional. Dr. Hendrix is extremely thorough and is conservative in his approach but proactive to ensure the end result is superb. He is genuine and friendly and fantastic with the kids. His staff is also highly professional.

My three children see Dr. Hendrix and we have been extremely satisfied with his expertise and professionalism and with the friendliness of the entire office staff. Dr. Hendrix explains every step of the treatment process so there are no surprises. I really appreciate that he does not rush treatment until my kids' teeth/mouths are ready for braces; this has saved us both time and money. The wait time for appointments is minimal and they offer lots of fun incentives for patients. Highly recommend!
