Had an initial visit for my son with Dr. Zimmer. Seemed nice enough during the appmt and was told the findings would be sent to his dentist so we could get a referral to move ahead with treatment. This was supposed to be sent the next day. It was not; when we checked in a few days later we were told Dr. Zimmer was on vacation and since they are not electronic the record could not be accessed until she returned a week later. I did not have to wait long to be examined. I was surprised to find Dr. McClellan away, but the other dentist was very friendly and commented my teeth were shifting according to plan. The receptionist let me sit in the office as long as I had wanted as there was a big downpour outdoors preventing me from safely leaving. There were good magazines and a television program and tea/coffee to keep me occupied.

My kids are both really nervous when it comes to anything to do with their teeth. Everyone at this office is extraordinary.They put the kids at ease and they're at the point now where they actually love going there. I have nothing but good things to say about these people.

Hendrix review I am currently a patient at Hendrix orthodontists and I love it. The environment is so much fun with monthly games, Hendrix dollars (a system of reward "money" which you can use to buy prizes) and a video game station. I mean come on! this is not your standard 'I'm afraid of the dentist' place. More important than the games is the service. Everyone there is so nice and wants to help you be proud of your smile. Dr. Hendrix and his staff provided exceptional care to my 4 children. Dr. Hendrix and his staff built relationships with each of my children and always included me in the treatment plan and updates. The office staff worked with our family schedule and provided prompt appointments. His office was family friendly and state of the art.
