Very professional and courteous
Didn't seem like he was eager to listen to what I had to say, I felt rushed to explain the issue and it felt like he was in and out within minutes. Also bedside manner was horrible. He said my the issue with my foot was plantar fasciitis and as he was explaining this proceeded to jam his fingers into the sensitive area, thus causing heavy pain. No warning, no explaining what he was about to do. I have had PF before and thought this might have been something else but he didn't even address my concerns.
It was NOT good!!!!!!! He came in and out so fast- no introduction ? I was a new patient. I felt like I was pushing my information to him however I got no response. He didn't ask me any questions and barely spoke to me -He never made eye contact! He told his nurse do cortisone shots and rattled off some medication. I don't even know the diagnosis? Cortisone didn't work at all and I refuse to take medication without knowing what its supposed to do for me. Therefore I am off to see another doctor. Horrible and a waste of my ti... read more
It was an 8 am appt and he was already running late(30min). Based on my x-ray, he knew what was wrong and that aspect was good. Herein lies my problem….at no point was I able to ask any questions….why did this happen, things to avoid, likelihood of a surgery, etc. This was disappointing to me, as I hoped for a few additional minutes of his time!
Great visit! Very pleased with everyone, especially Dr. Kann.
Check in was easy and quick. Front of office staff was very nice. Dr. Kann was polite, professional, and explained my injury and next steps.
Total knee replacement. It was easy, healed wonderfully and I’m out and walking with no cane or crutches after only six weeks.
Visit was scheduled quickly. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Dr. Kahn was very professional and determined my problem quickly.
I’ve been coming to TriState Ortho for several years for issues with several different joints. I love that I can come to one place for any joint and they have someone to take care of me…all my X-rays in one place. Today it was steroid injections in my knees and in about 6 weeks I will get Synvisc 1 injections. The doctors, PAs and all staff are very kind and knowledgeable.
