Awesome staff! Dr, nurses, office girls all very kind. Explained everything in detail. Answered all my questions. Day of surgery, the facility was very nice, all the staff was fantastic and friendly. After surgery office visits were great. Not much wait time at all and the office is busy with people in and out.

He was polite, thorough and answered all of my questions. He spent the time with him I needed and explained things to me in a way I could understand.
Dr. Kann’s office staff and medical personnel are very efficient and friendly. The office is run like a well oiled machine. Dr. Kann is very personable yet quick and to the point. It’s great to be able to get in and out of a busy doctor’s office yet still feel as though the doctor and staff show a personal interest in you.

No empathy, very little explanation unless I asked, this doctor is cold and distant. It seemed all he wanted to do was end the appointment and get out of the room. I will not be returning and will need to find a new doctor. I had two appointments. During the first, I was told my condition was not advanced enough for surgical intervention. A year and three months later, when I returned because my problem had gotten worse, I was told surgery was no longer warranted and was not going to do anything to relieve my pain. Appointment was on time. Had to wait to be seen but relies there is anyway the doctor knows how much time each patient requires. Doctor and staff immediately addressed problem. Very satisfied with visit.
