Excellent staff, cleanliness was impeccable and everyone was kind and professional.
Dr. Kann takes the time to give straightforward answers. My hand issues are complicated after two previous surgeries by a different orthopedic surgeon in the Youngstown, Ohio area to correct Duputryne's Contracture, which left my hand literally FUBAR. When the Youngstown, Ohio area orthopedic surgeon informed me that I would need a third surgery on my hand, I went to Dr. Kann for a second opinion. Both wrists bother me so bad
I very much appreciated that he advised me to take a conservative approach, rather than immediately doing surgery (as another doctor had told me to do). His advice was spot-on, as the conservative approach was effective. I trust his expertise and opinion.
Doctor Kann and his staff were prompt, professional and listened to my symptoms and concerns.
