Very friendly. Answered all my questions and concerns.
Once I was taken back to the exam room, I waited over 1/2 hour to see the doctor. He came in and was there for less than 3 minutes and was gone. He didn’t even look at the X-ray that I had to have done. Felt very rushed
He is so knowledgeable about knees and explained my options in a way I understood. He made me feel very comfortable about my condition.
Dr Kann is a great ortho doc. I would never go anywhere else. I am super happy with the knee replacement and eventually plan to get the other.
Staff was very professional
Short wait time to be seen. Very pleasant staff. Dr. Kann has wonderful bedside manner, did not appear rushed. Gave easy to understand explanations and plan of care.
I was able to get an appointment very quickly after breaking my foot. Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful.
Saw dr Kann for persistent knee pain in my right knee even after euflexa shots. Got a steroid injection, hope it lasts for a while.
Jeffrey was fantastic as was the PA Michael very thorough very helpful even gave me some advice on another issue I had.
