We've always enjoyed our stays here. They have been wonderful to my family with warm, personal service. I love that they accommodate (and welcome) dogs!
Will never forget September 22nd love how the place looks.
I loved the bridal suite we stayed in. The only issue I had was at check in. I was told I had an early check in time to get ready for my wedding and that was a little bit delayed which was frustrating cuz we had very limited time at that point. But they gave us a different room which was the same suite and it all worked out. Beautiful rooms and lots of complimentary additions when you have a wedding there.
My wife and I stayed at the Jefferson for a friends wedding. All staff were very friendly and the food was yummy. Our room had a strange smell for our whole stay. Not sure if someone had been smoking in the room at some point in the past. We would definitely stay here again, maybe think about including your breakfast in all room rates.
Best hotel in Wausau. Right near the square downtown. Walking distance to good music, food and drinks.
Stayed 2 nights as was there for a wedding. The rooms and the rest of the hotel are beautiful, bright and clean. I liked that there was a shower only and no tub in my room, much safer getting in and out. Everything worked as it should: TV, Wifi, climate control, etc. All the staff people I encountered were cheerful, kind and responsive. The extra hangars I requested were brought to my room in minutes. I thought the wedding went off perfectly, was just lovely! Would definitely stay there again.
need to have Hallmark Channel and to be able to lie down on rollaway and see T.V. and have desk/table right by rollaway. breakfast had nice fruit salad/hard-boiled eggs, and bottled water. Room had nice big bathroom.
