We had our wedding here. Would NOT recommend. All of our family’s rooms did not have air conditioning (broken), continental breakfast was to be served, but workers did not show up for that in the morning. The rooms to get ready in for the bridal parties were absolutely disgusting, not cleaned from the previous event. Dinner was served 2 hours late, and bar was closed for 2 hours when it was supposed to be open. Guests left the wedding to go get drinks at another bar. On top of this, management was terrible to deal with after... read more

Recommendedrooms were okay very clean the water pressure in the shower could be alot better and another elevator would be great.but over all i enjoyed our stay

Very nice accommodations with great location. Connected to many shops so you never have to leave complex.
We just visited the hotel was extremely affordable the staff was very nice included and nice complementary breakfast.
Awesome rooms and service. Location is great. Everything is right outside the door if not inside of the hotel; shopping and food. I was there for work bit I will return for fun. Oh, the beds are sooo comfortable that you may stick around another night 😆
Nice hotel but bring someone strong with you! There's lots of hiking involved including two separate elevators to get to the fifth floor. It's like a maze. The doors all weigh a ton and we had to use our card every time to get through the doors and elevators. I prefer automatic doors because this is 2019 isn't it? For safety issues hire a security guard for Pete's sakes. I don't know how in the world a woman with a baby or a handicapped person could navigate through this hotel with those non friendly doors.
