Better customer service. TRAIN your staff. City Grill is also lacking. Sorry but not worth the $200.00 we paid
RecommendedMy sister and I stayed with our Mom while on a road trip celebrating her 93rd birthday. We made a perfect choice! Not only was the hotel beautiful and clean and our meal outstanding, the staff is what impressed us all the most!! From the front desk and our City Grill waiter Drew, to the friendliest and most helpful housekeeping crew ever, we felt like we were part of a family 🤗. Probably a decent place to stay honestly but I don't think I could trust an employee like this to be in my room.
they charged me twice for the same room n there desk clerk called me a liar n not only did she call me liar but still denied the fact of charging me twice even after I provided the facts to her . the worst hotel experience ever.

Attended a wedding there this weekend. For the dinner, I chose the cod. Figured I couldn’t go wrong with that. I was wrong. Not only was our table forgotten about, but when we finally got the attention of the servers and finally got our food, it wasn’t very warm. The cod was bland and just dry. The mashed potatoes and the green beans were pretty good but again they weren’t very warm. I was looking forward to the wedding cake but again I was disappointed. Dry and crumbly.
