We stayed last night. As we were checking in, Kurt at the front desk said that he wanted to give us an upgrade. What an upgrade--we got upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi tub, sitting area, and fireplace! It was a wonderful surprise as we celebrated our 8th anniversary.

I've never been treated by hotel staff the way that I was this morning. Rude, arrogant, uncaring, and seemingly unwilling to even begin to think of things from my point of view. I will NEVER book with them again.

I understand you are a seasoned traveler; we were not trying to make you feel inexperience on the internet. We were trying to gather the needed information for us to call them directly and cancel your reservation as they had your credit card information. Our room accommodation was excellent. We were disappointed that Fox Sports North was not available in the room 8/9 and 8/10 but was available in the bar. Our service in the Terrace Room was sub-standard. "We are very busy". This in spite of the fact the room was reserved and paid for in advance. Kurt from the front desk was very gracious taking pictures of our group.
