Our room accommodation was excellent. We were disappointed that Fox Sports North was not available in the room 8/9 and 8/10 but was available in the bar. Our service in the Terrace Room was sub-standard. "We are very busy". This in spite of the fact the room was reserved and paid for in advance. Kurt from the front desk was very gracious taking pictures of our group.

Stay here pretty often on business. Recently Jessica at the front desk was just amazingly helpful and kind. LOVE staying here. So handy to downtown and all there is to do in beautiful Wausau. See you soon!
