Due to a recent and unexpected layoff and a misjudgment of my current account balance my auto-payment was unable to process this month. Housing insecurity is a scary thing to confront, and we don't want any of our residents to feel as though that is what they're signing up for when they choose to live here. I have respectable... (Verified Renter) I have respectable neighbors from various cultures and we look out for each other. I rarely see our community listed on the Nextdoor app with concerns. Like any place even for ho.e owners, theres always room for improvement. I enjoy staying here and so does my family and friends that visits. Safety first has been their priority towards me since 2015 and I'm grateful for their support and consistency.
