My unit is very nice, with a pretty view overlooking the lake. I really appreciate the professional staff that work at this community. They are always very helpful and responsive. There are activities to connect with neighbors and everyone I've met so far has been friendly, but for the most part people just keep to themselves and it is quiet.
Awful Experience I moved into a dirty apartment! The trash area is a eyesore! Parking is a free for all & not monitored. Maintenance sucks! Not a safe area!!!

Verified Renter When I moved here it was a great neighborhood, it has not changed for the best. There are some teenagers that hang out in one corner of the property drinking and littering. We dont feel safe anymore. Management is not fast in taking care of your issues
