Verified Renter If someone asked me if I would recommend Jefferson Chase apartments for them to live, I would answr with a loud YES! A few weeks ago, when the temperature dropped down, it froze over the ice and made it impossible to walk on the sidewalk. Trying real hard to balance myself, and finally slipped and fell, and took me 40 minutes to get to my feet. The next morning I mentioned to JaShell what happened, and by the time I got home, the sidewalk was salted. Thats what make enjoy my stay.
Verified Renter Excellent customer service and maintenance service calls. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating overall is that the exterior upkeep in my building is poor - the cement landing is very staibed, and the woodwork is shabby looking. Also, the sliding glass door and windows constantly look dirty and grunguy because there is so much condensation in between the panes (they should be replaced). But the on-site team does a great job.
