Verified Renter Team here at Jefferson Chase is very friendly and professional. The activities held at the clubhouse, especially Halloween gives our apartments a sense of community and family. The only thing I would suggest is coming up with better parking arrangements.

Great tour I had an excellent tour, the staff is very friendly. Very quiet complex, and a huge dog park. They also mentioned there is no size requirement, which is great for my 110lb Pyrenees. There are monthly events for the residents with food and alcohol which is new and refreshing. Overall happy.

Verified Renter Not worth the rent. Ground are kept up & they have community events for the residents, which is the best part! I never attend because of my schedule but at least the offer this service. Paint on cabinets just rubs off, flooring was not installed correctly. It traps dirt in between boards.The pool is always dirty and cloudy. Trash is picked up at the door for a fee, which is part of the fees you MUST pay on top of your rent. Verified Renter You will not regret the choice to live at Jefferson Chase. In the area, I find it to be one of the cleanest, and most comfortable apartment choices there is. Well kept, nice places and fast, courteous turnaround on any issues. A little pricey, but most places are anymore unless you want to live somewhere gross. Generally tenants are nice as well.
