Verified Renter Not worth the rent. Ground are kept up & they have community events for the residents, which is the best part! I never attend because of my schedule but at least the offer this service. Paint on cabinets just rubs off, flooring was not installed correctly. It traps dirt in between boards.The pool is always dirty and cloudy. Trash is picked up at the door for a fee, which is part of the fees you MUST pay on top of your rent. Verified Renter You will not regret the choice to live at Jefferson Chase. In the area, I find it to be one of the cleanest, and most comfortable apartment choices there is. Well kept, nice places and fast, courteous turnaround on any issues. A little pricey, but most places are anymore unless you want to live somewhere gross. Generally tenants are nice as well.

I looked at many different places around town, and while the amenities may be comparable between many places but the customer service is utterly different. From the office staff, to the management and maintenance staff, you will be blown away by how wonderful the people are. These are the kind of folks that would give you the shirt off their back, give Jefferson a try!
Verified Renter Great location! Walking distance to two great gas stations and Flyers pizza. Broad Street is very close too. Quiet community and dog friendly. I feel like my layout 2bd 2bth is really big and the kitchens have updated sprayer faucet and countertops that are really nice! There is also a larger than normal patio to enjoy when it's warm!
Verified Renter The leasing office staff is professional yet warm and welcoming. Also, I’m so impressed with the response time of the on-site maintenance. Every time we have asked for maintenance help they have been at our apartment same-day or next morning. You really can’t ask for better apartment management than this.
Verified Renter I really like my apartment and the maintenance guys are great. Always ready to lend a helping hand. Also, the convenience of being close to shopping. The main issue is finding safe parking close to apartment in the evening when you get home from work especially after 7pm. We Pay for valet Trash pickup and trash sets outside our doors til afternoon. If parking issue was resolved, I would never move.
