Verified Renter I love Jefferson Chase, I have lived here since Sept. 2023. I looked at many different places around town, and while the amenities may be comparable between many places but the customer service is utterly different. From the office staff, to the management and maintenance staff, you will be blown away by how wonderful the people are. These are the kind of folks that would give you the shirt off their back, give Jefferson a try!
Verified Renter Great location! Walking distance to two great gas stations and Flyers pizza. Broad Street is very close too. Quiet community and dog friendly. I feel like my layout 2bd 2bth is really big and the kitchens have updated sprayer faucet and countertops that are really nice! There is also a larger than normal patio to enjoy when it's warm!
Verified Renter The leasing office staff is professional yet warm and welcoming. Also, I’m so impressed with the response time of the on-site maintenance. Every time we have asked for maintenance help they have been at our apartment same-day or next morning. You really can’t ask for better apartment management than this.
Verified Renter I really like my apartment and the maintenance guys are great. Always ready to lend a helping hand. Also, the convenience of being close to shopping. The main issue is finding safe parking close to apartment in the evening when you get home from work especially after 7pm. We Pay for valet Trash pickup and trash sets outside our doors til afternoon. If parking issue was resolved, I would never move.

Quiet Neighborhood As far as housing in Columbus goes, my experience has been great so far. The cost of housing is ridiculous anywhere so it’s nice to know your money is going to good use and you’re getting something of quality. From the very beginning everyone was very helpful and friendly. Sunita and Sierra are wonderful! They stayed in communication with me and helped me with what I needed! Great Apartments My wife and I really love our apartment. The master suite is amazing and spacious. the kitchen sink is to die for.
Verified Renter Jefferson Chase is a wonderful community to live in. It's centrally located in the Waggoner Corrider perfect for easy access to broad street and shopping. It's full of families with plenty of children to play with. The apartments are a good size and the staff is polite. Maintenance comes promptly and is efficient. This community is a great option in Blacklick!
