Verified Renter Excellent customer service and maintenance service calls. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating overall is that the exterior upkeep in my building is poor - the cement landing is very staibed, and the woodwork is shabby looking. Also, the sliding glass door and windows constantly look dirty and grunguy because there is so much condensation in between the panes (they should be replaced). But the on-site team does a great job.

Verified Renter I have recently signed my third year lease at Jefferson Chase. I live in a one-bedroom and want to get a two bedroom next or perhaps a third bedroom next. I love it here!!
Verified Renter Trash is always overflowing from bulk area, compactor malfunctions and tenets leave trash piled up on ramp. Eye sore smack dead in the middle of the complex. We have a dog park, but no where for children to play except parking lot. Gym is supposed to be 24hrs, unable to access after 8pm

Verified Renter This property needs to actually be managed. There doesnt seem to be anyone outside the office. They stay locked in there and we never know if they are open or closed because the doors are locked due to covid. When we receive packages we get and email but then no one answers the phone so you cant get it. It could be much nicer here with a little work.
Verified Renter Moved from another Cortland property to have more space as my wife and I have our first child. Love the townhome, so much space! Had an issue with our AC and was told it would fixed within 3 days because they had to order parts. My wife was currently 36 weeks pregnant so went out and bought a whole new unit for us and installed it the same day. Great service!
