The vet nearly caused me to have a heart attack. She went to get toenails trimmed. He called and said her heart was enlarged and was going to pass away. i was hysterical i asked if she was sedated he said no. my boyfriend would not leave her and she was out cold. she got her toenails trimmed somplace else and is happy as she can be. No problems at all.

Too many reasons to list at the moment. I was basically turned away with my cat if I did not pay $1600 yesterday. Would not even do an ultrasound on him and it was urgent. They did unblock something and it was $525. Today I took him to GH I LOR animal hospital and not only are they doing what they said they would do at this place they are doing a lot more and get this… They are charging $220 For the whole stay plus a lot more that you all were going to charge for $1600 and said it could go up to $2000. RecommendedI just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jefferson Animal Hospital for their kindness on one of the most difficult days of my families life. We had to put our beloved pug to sleep on April 10th and because of all the precautions going on now I was first told only one person would be able to go in and be in with our dog as he was put down. I begged them to reconsider and they came up with a solution outside where my husband and kids could all within a safe distance be there with me. Called today about my puppy. The lady was extremely rude and talked to me like I was stupid. This is not the first time this has happened. I will never call or refer anyone to this place. The worst customer service. And your supposed to be animal lovers. Yeah right!
