RecommendedEveryone seemed genuinely concerned about the situation. The Doc went the extra mile to seek updated poison info which led from what could have been a minimum $3k bill down to an $800 bill so they aren't just in it for the money. They truly look for the best treatment options necessary.

I highly recommend Jefferson Animal Hospital. The staff are caring and kind. I had to put one of my German Shepherds to sleep on Christmas Day, they trimmed his fur for the cathiter and later after he passed they were kind enough to put the fur in a keepsake container. Thank you to all the staff!!

People are wonderful and kind.
We had been to this vet several times with our dog but on Sunday night after business hours we knew it was time to send our Lab, Rocky to doggie heaven. This place was so good with Rocky and with us. Today we received a sympathy card with a prayer along with some Forget Me Not seeds. This is what I call going above and beyond. I highly recommend them for all of your pet's needs.

The people at JAH are just phenomenal! They do not usually see exotic animals but made an exception on Thanksgiving night for my sweet rat, Hotdog, that was in respiratory distress. I was an absolute mess. Sadly, Hotdog did not make if but the staff did everything they could for him. They even sent me a hand-drawn condolence card with a very thoughtful message inside.
