They saved my dog Rock when he was hit my a car
Twice now, I have taken a dog up to this place for an emergency visit. Twice after 4+ hours of them having my dog in the back without being seen by a doctor, just waiting in que, and leaving us to wait in the room/outside with zero answers. Twice have they sent my dog home only to have us rush back within the hour due to worsening conditions. Twice have they failed to identify bloat, and twice I have lost a beloved family member to this suffering. This after voicing concerns about bloat due to the last one that I took there.... read more
The vet nearly caused me to have a heart attack. She went to get toenails trimmed. He called and said her heart was enlarged and was going to pass away. i was hysterical i asked if she was sedated he said no. my boyfriend would not leave her and she was out cold. she got her toenails trimmed somplace else and is happy as she can be. No problems at all.

they have no bedside manner and jump to euthanasia almost immediately. I will never take another pet there.
Called today about my puppy. The lady was extremely rude and talked to me like I was stupid. This is not the first time this has happened. I will never call or refer anyone to this place. The worst customer service. And your supposed to be animal lovers. Yeah right!
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jefferson Animal Hospital for their kindness on one of the most difficult days of my families life. We had to put our beloved pug to sleep on April 10th and because of all the precautions going on now I was first told only one person would be able to go in and be in with our dog as he was put down. I begged them to reconsider and they came up with a solution outside where my husband and kids could all within a safe distance be there with me.
