RecommendedThey were great! very informative and explained everything to me! Took care of my baby boy even tho sounds like he needs surgery and teeth pulled..but I think we will pull thru this as well!! So scared to do all that with my baby boy!!!
turned my baby away said he wasn't an emergency. he couldn't walk on his legs. completely and utterly heartless.
I watched a poor little yorkie get hit by a car and Soo I rushed it to JAH and just because she wasn't my dog they couldn't tell me if she was going to be okay that is some BS 😡😡 I would like to know if I saved this babies life 😔
RecommendedI took my dog, Charlie here one morning. He was very sick! They had the most amazing covid procedures in place. But that didn’t decrease the amount of attention Charlie got from the staff. They were so friendly and careful. The doctor called me and answered all my (and I had a lot) of questions and reassured me that he would be okay. They gave me prices upfront and also options I could take. I left with medication, food and detailed directions on what to do to care for my pup. Refused to see my animal because we are Covid+.!? Really!?! What exactly do you think I should do with my very sick dog? Good thing people hospitals can’t do patients that way! Very professional! Time for you to get a protocol in place to help families like ours.
not friendly and in the middle of our puppy passing all they was worried about was money i never experienced such a rude and hateful ppl.
