On Sunday our puppy, who just had been spayed on Thursday, was unfortunately bit on the face by another dog. We arrived, after calling ahead, about a wound under her chin that was open and consistently bleeding. We showed up and I cannot state how horrible our experience was. Not just for us, but for our dog that was scared as well. We have had an instance where something happened with our other dog and at St Matt’s they put us in our own room and they were excellent. RecommendedThe Dr. was amazing. She explained everything and was very thorough—not sure how they do it day in and day out thru all the crying people do-I was ugly crying and she was amazing. Her asst. was very nice.
RecommendedLove this place. We’ve been taking my baby here for over a year but I’m just extra thankful for them today. We go here more than I want and I always get major anxiety when they take her for procedures. Well today they let me go back with her during a particular procedure and not just let me observe but included me in comforting my girl. She was happier & so was I. It was just a much better experience than usual, so I wanted to share. My favorite doctors here are Dr. Figueroa and Dr. Chooljan. 💞
I took my cat here. They charged us $50 to give her oxygen but wouldn’t treat her and we had to go elsewhere. We had to put her down, and then I get an email from them over a year later about her birthday? Her birthday is in August. Idk what you’re trying to achieve here.
