The staff was very nice & helpful. That was the only good thing about this visit. I spent a lot of money & no answers... Not impressed....

So thankful for the care the staff gave my baby. They saved his life and I can't thank them enough. The staff was so loving to him, in one of the worst times in our life, and they were so kind and through in explaining what treatments were and what to watch for! I hate to have an emergency situation, but I would definitely trust them to care for my fur boy again if need be.
The staff was so courteous and friendly and were quick to get my pup treated and my nerves calmed. I am so glad we found them. I would definitely give them 5 out of 5 stars!!!!

Our fur baby recently ingested part of her dog toy to include the squeaker. She was taken into emergency surgery to remove the toy. The staff and doctors were so awesome. Every time I called they were compassionate and caring. The doctors always took the time to get on the phone for updates and the technicians were just as knowledgeable. Brought a trapped cat in for assessment. Staff (Megan) was patient and kind in dealing with a frightened kitty. Wonderful compassion shown. Due to several emergencies, we were advised to return in the morning, with an appointment. I appreciate the update on potential wait times and the recommendation to return at a more civilized hour. If Megan is an example of the type of care Jefferson Animal Hospital provides, this is going to be a blessing. Thank you, Jefferson Animal Hospital.
