RecommendedMy little furbaby Fred has been throwing up blood and was very lethargic. His blood platelets were dangerously low he spent 2 nights and 3 days here and they charged $1200. Which we had to scrape together and with the help of our daughter we Madd the payment. The staff treated us like family and they too great care of Fred. He's on the mend. I can't thank them enough.
I couldn't be more impressed with how this amazing staff showed such empathy and compassion when we had to put our dog down this past weekend. We've had such a great experience inside such tremendous tragedy. I'm beyond grateful for each caring soul that we have come in contact with. We don't have a regular vet but after the experience we had this past weekend, we will always continue to come back. I really love this place and the staff that works here.
The staff here is so amazing and friendly. They have gone out of their way to be kind and helpful to me and my pups! Our new puppy, Boomer, especially loves all the staff! They are gentle, informative, and answer any questions you may have! I will never take my dogs anywhere else! ❤️
Just want to give a shout out on how awesome Jefferson Animal Hospital Regional Emergency Center. our families have been taking our pets there since we were kids. All of our pets have passed away before we had to put them down until Teika. All the ladies at the Fern Creek office were so kind and I could tell they were hurting with us. JAH showed much grace and kindness when we brought our very sick Samantha to the trauma center. They cared for her immediately and handled us having to put her to sleep with as a stated much grace and kindness. Thank you to the staff in our difficult time and helping us to show our dog mercy and deliver her peace.
We took our dog here Friday night. The staff got her back right away. Within 10 minutes we were back talking to Dr. Critchlow. Everyone was very nice answered any questions we had. I was very impressed with how fast we was in and out. Our dog is back to her normal self today. I would gladly recommend them to people and would go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you all so much.
They are excessive in price to say the least ! We brought our cat there because he was bleeding from his bladder. We were told $1300 that night to help him when I said I can't afford to pay that I was told well doesn't help to rescue them if you don't take care of them meaning if you don't pay what they want. So our option was to let him go to a better place at 2 years old. Which cost me $171. My little girls heart is broken. The only reason you get 1 star is I couldn't give you 0. I brought my dog there last fall. She was terribly sick. She needed overnight care among many other things. You wanted $1,000 up front that I didn't have. Basically was told to give you whatever money we had and you would treat her that much. Luckily our baby lived through the night and was taken to Shively Animal Hospital the next day. She stayed there for three nights and 4 days will all treatments she had to have for $400.
