They are notorious for turning away people with little or no money. Where is the compassion?
I haven't dealt with them personally, but have a friend who was in need of emergency care or he would die and they turned him away. They wouldn't take payments, so they would rather the dog die.
RecommendedOur cat was put to sleep last week after suffering from kidney failure. Dr. Sanzone and the staff were so sympathetic and compassionate. We very much appreciated their personal touch during this difficult time.
We can never thank these people enough for everything they did for our girl. This is by far the best hospital we have been to. They have the most caring and compassionate staff.
Last week I took my chihuahua into the Jefferson Animal Hospital on Outter Loop because she had ingested rat poison. They gave her a blood transfusion and began giving her vitamin K1. The staff took excellent care of her and nursed her back to good health. If action was not taken immediately she would have died. I've been taking mine there for about 14 years,no complaints about the service,their prices have increased so much,BOUT TO PRICE ME TO FIND ANOTHER VET,REALLY DON'T WANT TO DO THAT,BUT BEING A SENOR ON FIXED INCOME,58.00 FOR A VISIT IS A BIT MUCH,I TRUST THEM,THEY'VE DONE A FEW FAVORS OVER THE YEARS, I do get the senior discount,helps,yesterday took my two bout had a stroke with the price,sad to think changes need to be made,
