My personal dog and my baby girl died yesterday. It’s the 4th dog we have lost in 47 days. (I am with a rescue). These people are so nice and understanding. I was a total lunatic when I arrived with her body to have her sent for cremation but wanted time to say goodbye. They placed her in a private room and covered her, except her face, with a beautiful quilt. It was a sweet gesture and very much appreciated.

Very caring staff have had 3 fur babies there in the past, took newly adopted 8 year old there to be checked out, they did a wonderful job!!

During our hardest time, bringing in our beloved Taz very ill....the receptionist cared, they scooped him up and took him immediately back. The Dr we had was thorough and upfront about Taz and was extremely compassionate. Although we left with our best friend having passed away, taz was surrounded by us and the team at jefferson gave us love and as much time as we needed. The dr even made all arrangements for our Taz's creamation to come home again. Thank you all. I cant imagine having a better support system at our time of ... read more
