I can not say enough on how much I appreciate the staff for all they did for my little Biscuit. They were so compassionate and helpful during the hard decision to help our little guy cross over the rainbow bridge. They are truly their for the pets and the owners. Just went here last night with my grandma to be there for her , to make the decision to put her baby smokey to sleep he was 18 years old. It was his time to go. My grandma didn't want him suffering anymore and we called you all and they took us right in. Thank you for caring I recomend you all to anyone.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the folks at JAH. I am a very careful, discriminating client who would go to the ends of the earth for my dogs. The staff at JAH would do the same for my dogs, which is no small feat (or paw). The thoroughness, incredible fund of knowledge of staff, and sweet sense of humor when needed is beyond compare. Truly an exceptional group of people. Some of the kindest people who have walked the planet work at JAH on Outer Loop! Many thanks!!!
A friend took her dog to this place and they would not help because of money! The dog has seizures and needed help! But it seems that money is more important than saving a dogs life! This is NOT the kind of place I would take my animals! Jefferson Animal Hospital....Can you say COMPASSION?

Dr. Kennedy and her excellent staff have been taking care of my babies since 1979. Our first visit in the summer of 1979 , we had found a stray female in very poor health and with puppies. Dr. Kennedy took us in and we have been family ever since.
