This place saved our puppy when he was on death's doorstep. He's sixteen years old now, and we owe them a heartfelt thank you for all of the fun that he and my family have had since then, with him.
Had to bring our girl in for an emergency visit because of labor complications. I was apprehensive after reading the bad reviews. My dog is more than just a part of our family she's my unofficial therapy dog(I'm a veteran diagnosed with PTSD/depression). I was worried about price being this close to Christmas, but ready and willing to spend whatever to make sure my girl was okay. Dr. Critchlow was very understanding. RecommendedVery compassionate people. We came in because we thought it was our 11 yr old dog, Billie's time. We didn't want her to suffer. Dr Sayer was great. Sad day but we know Billie went to the Rainbow bridge loved
I want to thank everyone at Jeff's and had a hospital for the kegger the compassion and dedication they have for all animals. My service dog was hit by a car on Bardstown Road. He's still alive only because of Jefferson animal hospital. They were quick to assess his injuries and allowing him to stay alive. He is like my crotch or my walker he is not just a dog he is my prosthesis. Every single person with the exception of one was incredible caring and professional. This place is awesome. My female had surgery at her then normal vet. When the surgery was over all they gave us was some pain medicine and an acid reducer, no antibotics!! A day later, my female started acting weird, we tried to contact her vet but they was ignoring our calls. I went into work that night (i work 3rd shift). My boyfriend came to pick me up on my lunch break, we got home and I immidately had a feeling that something was not right with my female. We called her vet after hrs but still no answer and no call back.... read more
