RecommendedI lucky have only had to visit twice in the 15 years I've been a dog owner, but both times the drs and staff have been amazing!! Both times were true emergency situations and I have nothing bad to say!
I brought my dog in because the vet I regularly see was closed. Everyone was friendly, the wait was not too long, and Dr. Fowler was excellent!
The staff here is INCREDIBLE. I cannot say it enough! I have quite the uncooperative Rottweiler who gets very scared in unfamiliar situations which makes it difficult to provide him medical care. The vet and the techs were SO patient with me and my dog and although I was so embarrassed at his behavior they were so nice, understanding, and caring! They were very caring and loving to our dying dog Bear Bear and let us spend as much time as we needed they even offer cremation and thats was. going to make it a little easier my son come have his dog rthat they grew up together with him always
I love the people here. They always take such good care of my babies and could t be nicer. One of my fur babies passed a few months ago and they sent me a condolence card.
Although it took several hours which I guess should be expected with an emergency vet and your reason for the visit isn't truly an emergency, they were very thorough and everyone was extremely nice. For an ER hospital I didn't feel it was overly priced for the services I had done. Would use again if my normal vet office is closed.
