My 7 yr old Labrador was severely injured by another dog Friday night. After Shively Animal Hospital turned her away regardless of her extensive injuries, Jefferson Animal Hospital saved the day! In a situation that ended up being WORSE than initially thought, they worked to surgically repair the damage into the wee hours of the morning and provided me updates every step of the way. A huge THANK YOU to Dr. Fowler and Jinnie for taking such good care of my beagle Claudia this morning. They were very sweet and loving and made Claudia feel comfortable with them. The staff is awesome!
The staff was exceptional. I could not express my words but to say all involved where great. I lost my best pet, but gained a great Animal hospital.
The vet was very gentle and loving with my dog flash. She explained everything to me and made sure I had all the right meds to make him better. I am strongly considering making them our regular vet.
This place is a joke. I took my dog on July 1st stayed till 230 am they ran tons of test did swabs and x-rays told me she probably had the flu. Sent her home with 4 meds cost me 800.00 and she's still very sick today. She does not have the flu they said after charging me over 150.00 I called them to see if they would see her again and of course they said not without payment up front. What a joke my dog is suffering and they couldn't tell me why after 800.00.
