Bought a vehicle from them and left over night to be detailed. Went back the next day and it had not moved. I told the guy about it and he said they would get right on it. Well all they did was put that tire shine on at 22 degrees that day. When I got home both sides of the vehicle are covered. My experience with Jeff Wyler through the buying process was exemplary. Than it came down to address an issue I was having with my car. I initially talked to an employee in the service center named DJ who hung up on me because I he was unable to help and I asked to speak with management he refused to allow me to speak with management. I call back and I start talking to someone named rick whom attempted to chastise me on how I addressed his co-worker. I’ll be filling a formal complaint!
