They make a habit of taking pictures of trade in vehicles to show “real time” inventory for sale. I just got burned by this practice as the vehicle I bought from them ended up having a bad transmission less than a month after my purchase. It took a week for me to get my car when I bought it so I should have known. The used car manager refused to pay for the repair. I won’t ever go to Jeff Wyler again.

I took my truck in for a check engine light because it was still under warranty so I took my truck back when the part came in and they was suppose to do 4 safety recalls on it. My appointment was at 9 I dropped my truck off at 540 in the morning before work I stopped in at noon to see if it was done Amanda Johnson the service lady said that half the recalls was done and that it would be ready by 3 so I drove around the building to see that my truck was outside and not in the service bay I went back in at 315 to the same lady... read more

I took our corvette to be worked on. It turned out that parts had to be ordered. Since I live at Plain City it was a 45 min drive to the dealership. I asked if I could get a loner and they were quick to accommodate me. As it turned out it was a good thing I did because the parts came in damaged and had to be reordered. I certainly appreciated their assistance and help. I would totally recommend their service department.

I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Camaro ss 1le about two months ago drove it for a week and it broke down, it's been at jeff wyler in canal Winchester for 40+ days now with no resolution I've given them plenty of time to fix the issue but to no success pretty sad this is how veterans get treated after spending this kind of money on a vehicle oh and forgot to mention the car was broken and worked on by the dealer before I purchased it and there was no disclosure or notice about it being worked on happy to say I will never recommend ... read more

My 2014 Silverado Truck was stuck in 4-wheel drive .. i was 40 miles away from my home when this happened .. i was visiting a friend in Groveport and we were both in my truck .. We drove directly to the Wyler Dealership, and the technician looked at my truck right away. The Wyler Dealership shuttled us back to my friend's house and the repair was completed in 1 day .. (the salesman from the Dealership i bought my truck told me to keep my truck in "auto" instead of 2-wheel drive and this was what created the problem) .. Anywa... read more
