Kristen, and the entire staff, was extremely nice and very helpful. Although I knew exactly what I wanted and came for a specific car (and traveled from Lexington, KY to get it), I truly enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone there. The trip could have been a little shorter though, but I had to "see" it for myself and make sure it looked ok.
