How do you justify raising the price of a vehicle in the middle of buying it? I know how- dishonest and unethical.

If you have an I owe you from this place don’t leave until your appointments are set! We purchased a 2019 Ram 11/292018 and we have contacted them over a dozen times, spoken with managers & corporate and every time we hear “We are so sorry... we will get right on this” and then we never hear back from anyone... Had to file a complaint with the BBB in hopes it resolves our issue.
when they show you the price on there computer screen....please know this means nothing. It IS NOT what you will pay! "you were not eligible for all the rebates" what a joke...you never said this was the best price it will be. Bait and switch kinda sums this place up. BEWARE
They supposedly replaced seals in my Equinox in August 18 to stop oil loss. In December 18, the check engine light came on and the dealership said the entire motor needs replaced because of oil loss. This is a five year old vehicle that has had all scheduled maintenance! They are not honest . They don’t do the stated repairs. Stay away from this dealership!
