RecommendedEverybody was friendly and professional, I asked for a ride to a restaurant instead of using the waiting room and the driver was super nice. If I had any complaints it is the mechanic left the carpet dirty after I had it cleaned just prior to my arrival. otherwise it was a great experience and I am sure I will return.
Brian S was great, however getting our tags was a nightmare. The lady in the title office, was unprofessional, by blaming the state for being behind and not returning my phone calls for over a week! It wasn’t until I called corporate that I got my tags that day!
Jeep Cherokee, stock #287983, has been backed into by a flatbed, they sent it to the shop and fixed it and are still trying to sell at full price no depreciation whatsoever, be cautious to what they tell you.
An efficiently run service department would have a process whereby the day prior to scheduled service part availability would be checked and the customer notified if the service could not be completed as scheduled. This cost your dealership and indeed the entire network of Jeff Wyler dealerships a potential sale. The nightmare begins... feb 7th 2019 We arrive at the dealership after we saw a 2012 challenger rt on the lot. The car I've always wanted. For 16000 before tax and they wanted to add 600 for an inspection that was never done on the car. I bought a Jeep there in 2011. Love the Jeep! However, good luck getting anyone in the service department to help or even talk to you! I’ve called 2 times now to speak to someone. They won’t let you talk to anyone in the service department. Jeff Wyler Jeep in Florence is no better!! They won’t let you speak to someone either in the service department!!
