I am very disappointed in the service department and parts department. It took them almost a month and a half to fix my faulty seat belt on the passenger front seat. My family a d friends safety mean a little .ore to me than being told on several occasions that my part was ordered but they can't tell me when they are going to receive it. I WILL NEVER HAVE MY VEHICLE SERVICED THERE AGAIN!!! I will just fi d another place to go.
Got a van from them in November 2018 everything seemed fine and worked great. Got home and the dvd player doesn't work nor the radio. Called and its not in my warrenty and wasn't even 24 hours of leaving the shop. Fast forward 2 months later and my side door doesn't lock and will randomly open while I'm away from it. I tried calling multiple times and left my name and number asking about my warranty and never got a call back. Terrible customer service, and will not respond to multiple phone calls after I had to replace my jeep battery because they PUT A 3 YEAR OLD BATTERY IN MY BRAND NEW JEEP! Would not recommend
