I have been chatting and emailing trying to get someone to call me back but have had no success. I have tried to call but was put on hold for a bit. I mean they could just be that busy?
Bought a truck from them a couple months ago they said they misplaced the 2nd key and if they couldn’t find it in the next day or two that they would order me a new one... once they sell you a car and get your money they could careless... Derrick wasn't even my salesman and he helped me out alot, great guy. i bought a 2012 jeep rubicon unlimited there and started having over heating problems, i took it to them and said it was a warped head and gave a ridiculous price, so took it to my mechanic, its needs a new motor, and it was suppose to have 50k miles on it, well guess what, its not the original, it was traced back to a junk yard, so who knows how many miles is on it, so not only was i lied ... read more

Don't be fooled by their online pricing. This stealership advertises at a much lower price then they will offer the vehicle. Be sure to ask about EVERY rebate. $1500 was added to the price of the vehicle for having good credit per the sales manager. Spent 5 hours on the phone with them to get numbers that didnt add up to what they advertise the vehicle on their own website and cars.com. Really sad that I bought a brand new vehicle from them a few years ago but werent willing to work to retain a past customer. No wonder they ... read more
We have had our Dodge truck there 3 different times. 1st time the injector pump was out. 2nd time less than a 1000 miles later the injector #5 was bad (after 2 diagnosis charges). Barely got it off the lot yesterday and boom engine light back on (@ Kent’s for diesel fuel and light is back on). We have spent over $3,000.00 and they still don’t have it fixed. Today it was a sensor out and it will be 2 weeks and $300.00. They are totally out line.
I suggest you talk to Joe and Donnie in your service department. I I have already spent over seven hours only to find out that basically they broke more than they fixed and I still had to pay over $1200 which I will head back into the cashier and they were kind enough after I met with Joe to give me a credit. I am not going to waste anymore time discussing Why am not only dissatisfied I am extremely dissatisfied and if something isn’t done I will take appropriate action to make sure that it is done at no more costs to me.
