Sales consultant reaches out to me for a car I have, specified in messages that I wasn’t going to be coming if any part of deal changes. My car is pristine. Find out the idiot sales lady, didn’t even run an official number! $5000 off the number that got me out there. Wasted 2 hours of drivetime total for my ride and I. Won’t ever attempt to do business with asshats from Jeff Wyler again!
I bought a Jeep Cherokee from VICTORIA OWENS! She did not push me to buy anything. She allowed me to shop around for a few weeks and decide what I wanted and we waited until I was ready! She was so easy to deal with and treated me with great respect! Her and the sales manager, Justin, were amazing to work with!
Terrible customer service and they will try and sneak extra charges in. Beware
Very disappointed with service department, was told previous week during two separate phone calls that they would look at my vehicle...shared make, model and info, arrived for scheduled appointment early, took them two hours to tell me they wouldn't look at it. Wasted half a day off...I'm sure Mr. Wyler would appreciate someone wasting his time like that.

I emailed about a vehicle I was interested in over the weekend got a pretty immediate response. Made plans over email with Chad Lingenfelter. Went in and he had it all ready. Experience was good overall. General sales manager Brandon Messmore and even Mike in the finance were all friendly and helpful.
