Good place to go if you want to be ignored. My husband stood in there and looked around for a good 20 30 minutes and not one person even greeted him. Three of the guys were just sitting at their desks. Wow what a way to run your business.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Do not see Brian for a car purchase. After buying two cars in the same month he litteraly left me a voicemail asking me if I was interested in buying another car as if he didn't know who I was. My name is clear on my voicemail. After buying a brand new vehicle I purchased the warranty only to find out the jipped me and it doesn't cover the part I now need just a little over two years later. They are a group of scam artist full of lies and deception. A dealership with no bounds of integrity. Best to go elsewhere.
Great place to buy a vehicle! They helped me when I needed it the most. Charles, Brian and Jason are awesome! Great customer service and they are truly there for YOU. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle! Also if you ever need any work at the service department they will help you and give you excellent service as well!
The good: They had the car I wanted. Quick response. Brian immediately called me and sent me a video walk around of the vehicle. He was able to tell me all the features the car had and what was updated from my former car. The General Sales Manager Brandon was great. He let me take the vehicle home for a test drive and drive it to work the next day. When my car was in the shop they gave me a brand new rental which got me from point A to point B. Beware of receiving something in the mail about test driving a vehicle for a gift card. I test drove a Jeep Wrangler 9 weeks ago and still have not received the gift card. I dealt with Chuck Hutton who stated that he inputs the information for the gift cards. Did not have a pleasant experience and bought my Jeep Wrangler at Zimmer Jeep in Kentucky.
