Service department was very good . I made my appointment and they called me back the day before and also emailed me. They went over all the inspection points and informed me of issues and gave me a estimated cost. I have never had a problem with this dealership

Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I have purchased at least 6 Jeeps making the deal online before getting to the dealership without any problem until now. I was given a price for the new Jeep and a trade-in for mine. The salesman confirmed the manager approved the deal as I was driving two hours. Once I got there the price of the Jeep was raised by $3000 and the price of my trade in was lowered by $3000. I wasted 2 hours driving there and back and 3 1/2 hours at the dealership. Do not buy a Jeep from this dealership! After asking for a price before driving two hours they changed the price after I got there and what they would give me for a trade-in. I have emails showing this! Terrible business! I have been a Jeep owner for 20 years and would not recommend this dealership ever!
they don't follow up on anything they say they will do. still waiting on touch up paint they promised me on August 9th. after an e-mail to remind them, I was told it was mailed out on September 16th. must have been on a slow boat from China, still haven't received it. sent another e-mail to Jesse last week, no response at all.
Jeff Wyler Lawrenceburg is the best to buy a new car. All the people here are very nice and patient. I bought a new Ram 2500 from a young lady. This lady was very professional and ecstatic to work with me to get me in the truck I wanted. She was absolutely down to earth and personable, she seem to care and started a friendship before she tried to sell. This young lady’s name is Ashley Reed.
