I’ve visited the Jeff Wyler dealership in Lawrenceburg for the first time ever today and simply because We couldn’t come to a mutual agreement with the sales manager on vehicle pricing I decided to walk away and take some time to make a decision… The sales representative that I dealt with Brandon Elder of course started emailing once I left .. Came from louisville, all the salesman tried to do was get me to apply for financing even before we came to the decision to buy it... then when I told him I was pre approved through chrysler and gave him the pre approval letter he told me that was pre approval now I had to get full approval and went back to asking for credit application info. again before we accepted a price and said we wanted to buy. we left. called chrysler capital. was informed that approval letter was all we needed, that we were lied to about needing a s... read more
This has been my best experience buying a car hands down, my salesmen Kameron Montgomery was awesome to work with, I was called first thing in the morning and was getting updates all day on how the process was going and he even delivered the car to me in Ohio! Turned what can be a stressful process into one of the easiest things ever! Overall very happy with the dealership and my new to me 2017 Cruze rs!!

Don't be fooled by their online pricing. This dealership advertises at a much lower price (wholesale) Per Sales Manager until they can have it serviced even though website states “detailed pricing”. No verbiage listed about price being contingent on service needed. Very misleading. Was told website was being overhauled by corporate and usually has a disclaimer. My son drove an hr. And a half to see the car based on online price to be then told it would be another $1,500 for service work (front brakes, inspection, tire rotati... read more
