Just bought a car there last Thursday was supposed to have been safety inspected but yet the let me drive off in a car with 3 bad tires and refuse to deal with the situation. Somebody knew those tires were bad if it was inspected at all. The only answer I hear is we lost money on that car well here's a news flash so did I but you put my loss on the car I bought. In the past, I have compared buying a car to getting a root canal. Well, I won't be doing that anymore. Not after meeting the team at the Springfield Auto Mall. Yes, I drove over 1.5 hours so that I could look at the Toyota Rav 4's available. I am a long time customer and am totally happy with the service I receive, whether routine maintenance on March first or buying a car as I have done 5 times. I always go to Wylers, and always recommend them to my friends and family.
Not happy I got a 2007 Chevy Aveo about 6 months ago still making payments on it and it needs a whole new engine and you guys are not willing to help me and I do not think it's fair I can't even drive my car and you're going to tell me there's nothing that you can do for me
So as i was waiting for the sales man to come back from getting my copy from the driver's license his next door neighbor was all talking about the reason why this Country is all f----ed up was because of the illegal citizens that are in the united states... that was very offensive to me..so i just got up and walked out and took my money elsewhere the whole point is that there was no reason for this. They just REFUSED to service my car. They stated because I gave a poor survey score from my last vist they no longer want my business. I have a transmission that won't shift properly which causes a safety hazard, now you tell me to leave. Great dealership.
The staff has taken great care and I have been treated like a valued customer by everyone. I was so scared to have to find a car after a fool texting ran over me but Jeff Wyler's team has helped and supported me with every step. I couldn't be happier with them. Thank you everyone.
