Went in last weekend and got myself a 2015 1500, I love it! they were able to take my Honda and keep my payments in the same ball park as I was already making. Shon Gartin took awesome care of me and I would recommend Jeff Wyler to anyone looking for a new car or truck.
Worst place to ever buy a vehicle. Wish I would have known that they don't care about you at all when you buy a vehicle from them. Service is rude... And they don't fix anything.... Always same response.... Nothing is wrong or we fixed it. Sure that's why it broke down again and had to be towed in again. Guess what.... Same thing is happening again.... 8 months later in shop 6 times and still a piece of junk I pay on monthly!!!
Bought a new car from here, the salesman was great. Mechanics on the other hand ARE A HUGE FREAKING JOKE! They don't know what they are doing. I'm afraid to even let them do my oil change. If I didn't have to take my car there I wouldn't. I do not trust them to work on my vehicle. My husband will be watching them to make sure they do the oil change correctly. No wonder Jeff Wyler has such a bad reputation in this town. Smdh.
I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Cruz car this week. The Sales representative was Andy Richards. I could not be more satisfied with the awesome deal that was offered to me. Most terrible service I have ever experienced in my while life! I wouldn't even give them one star! We bought a truck from there it needed a few things fixed. They said they would get them fixed no problem. We signed a check list of all the things they did to the truck, which they never did! Didn't even change the oil! The service department is now fighting with us to get these things fixed. Had the truck for one day and the check engine light came on!
