Made an appointment to drop my car off at 915am.. for service for an airbag light.. Called at 2pm and found out my car was next to be looked at? So what happened to my 915am appointment?? What is the point of making an appointment when it takes 5 hours for someone to even look at the car before you begin to try to repair it.. We need the car by 430 for someone to go to work.. that's why I made a 915 appointment..
Salesman will only bother with you if you're a sure sale. I contacted them with a special situation and they drug their feet from the start. Went in Saturday and got them to run the credit app and was told it should only be 30 minutes and they would update me. No call. No follow up Monday so I sent an email and was told Mr. RICHARDS would get back to me..... No follow up.
