OMG never again. We bought a dodge ram the second week in October and their service department has had it most of the time. They didn't even fix the original problem and when we picked it up the heat didn't work, now they want us to pay part of it. A great big Thank you to Mike Mingl, I told him what we wanted and how much we would go and he gave us exactly what we asked for. No pressure sales tactics and all the other bull that comes with buying a new car. A great guy to go see if you are looking for a car, straight up and no bull.
My husband made a list to exactly what he wanted in a new Dodge Ram 2500 long bed and our salesman Austin Conner found one at a different location and arranged for it to be delivered to Springfield's. Austin made it possible to do everything over the phone so when we went to pick it up all we needed to do was sign and were in and out!!!! Austin Conner is a very hard worker and got everything done to make it easy on us!! Definitely recommend!!!
I went 3 nights after work trying to test drive cars I found on their online catalog. Not only could they not find the cars they also largely ignored me. Too bad for them because after the third night of being ignored I went and got a new car at Bill Marine. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

I finally found a vehicle to suit my needs for working w/elders and special needs. I try everything on each vehicle to ensure it will fit my needs. My sales consultant was Austin Conner and he was totally patient and showed me all the workings of each vehicle.
My husband and I purchased our Hyundai Sonata this weekend. Kyle Johnston was excellent to work with, and was wonderful with our kids. He also wasn't pushy on our purchase decision.
