So I took my Kia into the service department for an oil change today! After I left I received a call back saying that where my Kia was parked there was oil on the ground and asked me to bring it back in! Luckily I just left and wasn't far away! I took it back and they immediately washed it and put it on the lift! Come to find out oil had splashed on a guard and it wasn't leaking....I know most would be upset having to go back but I seen it as continued customer service even after I left....they could've made it my problem or... read more
Amazing experience yet again. My wife and I are so happy to have went to them for our first car and today just got our 3rd one from there and can't be happier with the deal they made to trade in one of our other ones. I will always recommend them.
I just wanted to say I am very pleased with Jeff Wyler so far. We purchased a new Dodge Charger from them in late August and we have had nothing but good service from them every time we have went in. We recently took it in for an issue with the radio and they said it would take all day and they gave me a brand new Chrysler 300 for a rental car for the day. Didn't cost me a thing. I really appreciate all the staff at Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall for their great customer service, more specifically DJ and Austin. I contacted them Monday night letting them know I was looking for a used car, within a few hours DJ emailed me asking what my specifics were in looking for a car. By Tuesday morning I had test drove three cars all of which were within or close to the specifics I had informed them about and by Tuesday evening I had a new car!
