We have bought our last three cars here and we are very happy with what we got. We had a salesman who showed us not just one car but a couple of cars and we didn't have to wait long to drive off in our new car. I am very happy with our purchase. Was very satisfied with the professionalism showed by Jeff Coburn. This is the second vehicle I bought from him and he showed no pressurs to get me to buy. I test drove two cars that he had to pull off the sales floor. No complaints, he told me he just wanted me to be happy with the car I chose. Jennifer from the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with.
I test drove a Chrysler Town and Country back in September and took a coupon in which promised a $25 gift card for Amazon for test driving their vehicle. I have inquired twice about this supposed gift card I was supposed to receive, but still have not received the gift card. The dealer I dealt with, Lorenzo Cardosa just told me to contact the dealer I bought my new vehicle with as they would honor this. Really??? I'll never do business with this company again. Got a car a week and a half ago. Runs horribly. They don't want to help you at all. When the car crashes, I will personally sue those who refused to help.
