Feel very disappointed with the recent experience my mum had with the Basildon branch of this removal company. My mum had provisionally booked them for her moving date and was just awaiting to exchange before paying to secure the date. We needed to move our mum into a care home, very quickly. In calling Jeakins they organized a removal in 48 hours. The office staff were friendly and were compassionate to our situation. The two guys who moved us , William and Harry were brilliant, they interacted with all the family members and our mum as well as the care home staff and the resident. They made the experience so relaxed. I will undoubtedly use Jeakins again Great job !!!!

We used Jeakins to move from Brentwood to little Dunmow, 4 weeks ago. I can’t fault anything. From the initial quote to the boxes and other packing materials being delivered. The service was great. Jeakins came out a lot cheaper than the other local independent firms and they certainly didn’t disappoint. The team were at the property at 8:30am prompt and although the job was more than they expected as another crew needed to attend. Nothing was too much for them.
