We needed to move our mum into a care home, very quickly. In calling Jeakins they organized a removal in 48 hours. The office staff were friendly and were compassionate to our situation. The two guys who moved us , William and Harry were brilliant, they interacted with all the family members and our mum as well as the care home staff and the resident. They made the experience so relaxed. I will undoubtedly use Jeakins again Great job !!!!

We used Jeakins to move from Brentwood to little Dunmow, 4 weeks ago. I can’t fault anything. From the initial quote to the boxes and other packing materials being delivered. The service was great. Jeakins came out a lot cheaper than the other local independent firms and they certainly didn’t disappoint. The team were at the property at 8:30am prompt and although the job was more than they expected as another crew needed to attend. Nothing was too much for them. A well run and reliable removals company. My family and I have used them multiple times over the last 5 years. Moved into my new home recently and everything went off without a hitch. The gents were on time, respectful with my things and happy to wait for my vendor who was late to vacate. Highly recommend.

Thank you for making one of the most stressful days a lot easier for us. The team came in and loaded up, were so polite, organised and helpful. They all interacted with my 4 year old son who was adamant he wanted to help and found him little light things to carry in so he felt like he was part of the team! The guys who worked on the day were outstanding and worked exceptionally hard. Despite using them twice before, recommending them to many others, they relied on terms and conditions to punish us for a delay in the chain, not our fault, which meant we had to put the date back. I fully accept we were only able to report the delay three days before the planned move but we received a punitive excessive £880 additional cost.
