This small-tree pruning job went smoothly from start to finish. With JDS email confirmations arrive almost instantaneously. Arrival of the guy to estimate the job is tracked so you know when he's coming. On the day, the guys arrived and got straight down to caring for our wee trees and garden. Macauley, Ross and Cameron were friendly and helpful. They confirmed what was needed and worked through until the job was done and everything was tidied away. Everything is very professional with JDS.
